IHow to purchase art from me?

The all important question that helps keep me financially solvent.

I love the process of taking ideas and turning them in beautiful expressions of joy in batik and oil impasto.  Hopefully my art captures your imagination and you will choose to purchase a piece of art work from me.

Buying Originals

At this point, I had decided to no longer offer originals for sale.

Buying Reproductions

I sell a line of art reproduction.  This includes an aluminum sublimation line, simple matted prints, and fine art giclee reproduction.

Aluminum sublimation has proven to be popular and shows the interesting color effects of my batik well.  I do all the sublimation work and restrict my reproduction to 3 sizes.  These are as follows:

  • 5"x7"         $45
  • 5"x10"       $65
  • 8"x10"       $80

Simple matted prints comes in single decorative black mats and in 2 sizes for the following frame sizes:

  • 8"x10"       $20
  • 12"x16"      $35

In addition, I also produce giclee quality prints using Canon pigment ink on European fine art paper or on professional art canvas.    The giclee reproduction produces the most fade resistant images because of the stability of the pigmented colors and the archival substrate.  The basic price for a piece of giclee print starts at $85.

If you are interested in getting these reproductions online, let me know.  I will ship them to you by USPS Priority Mail and I will charge you for the shipping.  I will be fair and charge you what the USPS charges me plus an extra $5 for my time to take it to the post office.  Orders of $100 or more will ship for free anywhere in the USA.

I show 2 times a week.  Come talk to me and see what I have.  Much easier than to figure out from a picture.  You will also get my best prices by buying directly from me at my shows because I offer a discount for multiple purchases.  My current show schedules are:
  • Saturday  (8:00 am - 12:15pm) at the Maui Swap Meet Booth #409
  • Sunday  (9:00 am - 2:00 pm) at the Gateway Craft Fair at Lahaina.  Booth location varies.

You can also visit Art On Market to see my work.  Art On Market is an artist cooperative run by a local Maui artist.  The store represents select local artist.  Art On Market is located on Market St in downtown historic Wailuku.  Go visit and enjoy historic Wailuku.

On the road to Hana, drop into the Garden Gallery at the Garden of Eden Arboretum.  My friend Joan runs the place and she carries a line of my work.

If you are up at Kula, visit the Kula Marketplace next to the Kula Lodge.  The Kula Marketplace carries a line of aluminum stuff from me.
